Class Schedule & Workouts (Starting August 31, 2026)
8:15 AM – 9:15 AM
Monday & Thursday – High Tide: Full-body toning and conditioning with light weights.
Tuesday & Friday – Low Tide: Lower rep ranges focusing on lower body strength, stability, and balance.
Wednesday – Whirlpool: A non-traditional spin class incorporating core and stability work (40-10-10).
9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Monday & Wednesday – Shipwreck: Circuit-style sweat focused on developing overall work capacity.
Thursday – Cannon Ball: Full-body kettlebell workout and technical training.
Friday – Broadside: Team-based partner workouts (groups of 2 or 3). (Note: No class on Tuesday 9:30 AM)
